Staff left me hanging

The amenities were modern, and I enjoyed the game room. The maintenance guy was friendly and helpful with a clog in my sink.

Unfortunately, the hotel was left dirty, and staff forgot my requests for towels and trash. The pool was closed for half my stay, disappointing.

The staff is being very nice. The hotel has a great and awesome location, in the Valley. The bets part that it's adjacent to food within walking distance, the arena, and the outlets.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, climate control and a flat-screen TV. There was bathtubs, a plus for me. The location was UNBEATABLE and marvellous, adjacent to restaurants and shopping centers and food within walking distance and so many eateries.

Room was nice, but parking cost $15 per night was unexpected.

The modern design was refreshing, and the spacious layout made navigating easy for seniors. The staff's kindness enhanced my experience significantly.

The loft-style room was spacious with airy nine-foot ceilings, a comfy platform bed, and a large 42" LCD TV. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. The staff were friendly, even decorating for my graduation! I couldn't have asked for a better visit.

This place has a great location, right next to shopping outlets and a fantastic outdoor mall with plenty of dining options, and the staff here are really friendly and attentive.
